Delete your KPP Practice account
Last updated:
KPP Practice, by Kormot, lets you delete your account and its data at any time. Deletion is permanent; we do not just disable the account.
Uninstalling the app does not delete your account. Use one of the options below.
Delete in the app
- Open KPP Practice and go to Profile.
- Tap Delete account.
- Read what we delete and what we keep.
- Confirm with your password, or with Google if you signed in with Google.
The account is deleted straight away and you are signed out. You cannot sign in again with it.
Delete without the app
- Email admin@kormot.com from the email address on your KPP Practice account.
- Use the subject Delete my KPP Practice account.
We complete the deletion within 30 days and reply to the same email when it is done.
What we delete and what we keep
We delete
- The sign-in account, including your password or Google sign-in link
- Name, phone number, profile photo and exam date
- Progress, answers, scores, bookmarks and test attempts
- Tip prompt counts and exam reminders
We keep for 7 years
- Your email address
- Your tip history: item, amount and date
We keep these two records for bookkeeping only. We do not use them to restore the account, sign you in or contact you about the app, and we delete them after 7 years. Crash reports expire on their own within 90 days. Google Play may keep its own payment records under Google's policies.
Delete some data and keep the account
- Edit your profile in the app to remove the phone number, photo or exam date.
- Remove bookmarks or clear test history in the app.
- Or email admin@kormot.com from your account address, say which data to delete, and that you want to keep the account. We do it within 30 days.
Tips and refunds
There is no subscription to cancel; tips are one-time purchases. A refund follows Google Play's rules and is separate from account deletion.
