Agreement
These terms are between you and Kormot for the KPP Practice app and this website. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy.
The service
KPP Practice is a study app for the Malaysian KPP driving theory test. It includes:
- A colour-blind test
- Road signs, traffic rules and road law questions
- Timed mock tests, test history, bookmarks and exam reminders
- English and Bahasa Melayu
KPP Practice is an independent study tool. It is not the official Jabatan Pengangkutan Jalan (JPJ) examination, and Kormot is not affiliated with JPJ, any driving institute or any government agency. A result in the app is not a licence or an official result, and it does not promise that you will pass. Questions are for practice and may differ from the paper you sit.
Who can use it
The app is for people preparing for a Malaysian driving theory test. It is not directed at children under 13. You must give accurate account details and you are responsible for activity on your account.
Accounts
You can register with an email address and password, or sign in with Google. Keep your sign-in details private, and email admin@kormot.com if you think someone else is using your account. Optional profile details can be changed or removed in the app.
Acceptable use
Use the app for your own study. You must not:
- Copy, resell or publish the question bank
- Scrape the app or interfere with the service
- Share your account, or try to access another person's data
- Upload an unlawful photo, or a photo of someone else without their permission
Content
Your answers, scores, bookmarks and profile details stay yours. You allow us to store and show them so the app can save your progress. The questions, explanations and app design belong to Kormot or its licensors; you get a personal licence to use them inside the app while your account is open.
Optional tips
KPP Practice is free. You can leave an optional, one-time tip through Google Play:

A tip is voluntary and unlocks nothing. It does not buy a licence, an official pass or extra questions. The final price, including any tax, is shown by Google Play before you pay, and prices may change. Payment is processed by Google Play and refunds follow Google Play's rules. If you delete your account, your tip history is kept for bookkeeping as described in the privacy policy.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account in the app (Profile, then Delete account) or by email. Deletion is permanent. See Delete your account for the steps and what we keep.
Suspension
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. If we close an account, we delete its personal data in the same way as a deletion you request.
Changes and availability
We can change questions, features or these terms. When these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes; if you keep using the app after that, the new terms apply. The app is provided as it is. We do not guarantee that it will always be available, that every question matches the current official paper, or that a practice score predicts your result.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Kormot is not liable for a lost test fee, a failed official test, or other indirect loss from using the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
